Review: Tourism is plummeting in Metro City as Dr. Claw makes known his plans for world domination. Inspector Gadget takes the case, but is quickly distracted by the discovery of a giant egg. The egg hatches into a prehistoric flying lizard, which Claw quickly employs for his own gain. The inspector's gadgetry is as impressive as ever, while the banter with his trusty gadgetmobile (voiced by Bernie Mac) offers plenty of laughs. Meanwhile, Gadget's niece, Penny, supplies the investigative smarts along with science whiz and best pal Loony Purkle.
